Is this an official Pokémon product?
No. PokePack Tracker is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company or any retailer.
How fast are alerts?
Each listing is checked about every 30–35 minutes; Pro alerts go out as soon as a check sees the stock flip. Free alerts are delayed about 15 minutes.
Do you buy products for me?
No — we never check out on your behalf. We just tell you where and when, with a direct link.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Manage billing opens Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can cancel or change your card in two clicks. When a subscription ends or a payment fails you drop back to Free automatically (your watchlist is kept; extra items are paused).
What is the Founding member price?
The first 100 subscribers can lock in $4.99/mo for the full Pro feature set. Once the spots are gone, the offer disappears.
