Terms of Service

2. What the Service does

PokePack Tracker monitors publicly available retailer listings for sealed Pokémon TCG products and sends you alerts on Discord (email alerts are planned) when stock or pre-order status appears to change. It also shows a restock feed and a release calendar.

The Service only notifies you. It does not buy products, reserve stock, auto-checkout, or run purchasing bots on your behalf. Any purchase happens directly between you and the retailer, under the retailer's own terms.

3. No guarantees about stock or alerts

Stock data is collected on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any product will be available, that an alert will be sent, or that an alert will arrive at any particular time or be accurate or complete. Retailer sites change, block traffic, or show stale data, and email and Discord delivery are outside our control. Always confirm price and availability on the retailer's site before buying.

4. Accounts

You need an account with a valid email address to use watch lists and alerts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and let us know at kaiknyby@gmail.com if you think your account has been compromised.

5. Plans and billing

Free: up to 3 watched products, with alerts delayed by about 15 minutes.

Pro: $7.99 per month. Founding plan: $4.99 per month, available to the first 100 subscribers. Both are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal (Settings → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: attempting to disrupt or overload it; scraping or reselling its data or alerts; sharing your account or Pro Discord role with others; using it for any unlawful purpose; or attempting to access other users' accounts or data.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Discord

If you link a Discord account, we may add you to our community server and assign a Pro role while your paid subscription is active. The role may be removed when the subscription ends or the account is unlinked. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's own terms and the community server's rules.

8. Not affiliated

PokePack Tracker is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any retailer. Pokémon and all related names, as well as retailer names and logos, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify products and stores.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost purchases, lost profits, or missed restocks, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features, or update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them. You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
