What is PokePack Tracker?
A restock alert tool for sealed Pokémon TCG products at US retailers. Add products to your watch list and we'll alert you when they appear to come back in stock or open for pre-order. There's also a live restock feed and a release calendar.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free lets you watch up to 3 products, and alerts are delayed by about 15 minutes. Pro ($7.99/month) removes the watch limit and sends alerts without the delay. See Pricing.
What is the Founding plan?
The first 100 subscribers can get the full Pro feature set for $4.99/month instead of $7.99/month. Once those spots are taken, the offer is gone.
How do alerts arrive?
On Discord. At launch, alerts are posted to a Discord channel you choose through a webhook: in your Discord server, create a webhook for that channel (Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks), then paste its URL into Settings and turn on Discord alerts. Email alerts are coming later.
Are alerts guaranteed to be instant or accurate?
No. Free alerts are deliberately delayed about 15 minutes, and even Pro alerts depend on how often we check (about every 30–35 minutes), how quickly retailer sites update, and on Discord delivery. Stock data is best-effort and can be late or wrong, and we can't guarantee any product will be available. Always confirm on the retailer's site.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel anytime. You keep Pro until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are generally non-refundable for partial periods; cancelling stops future renewals. If you were charged in error or twice, email kaiknyby@gmail.com and we'll look at it case by case. Details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I get the Pro role on Discord?
Join our community Discord ↗, then link your Discord account in Settings. While your subscription is active you get the Pro role; it's removed if the subscription ends or you unlink.
What data do you keep?
Your email, a bcrypt hash of your password, your watch list, your Discord ID if you link it, and your Stripe customer ID if you subscribe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles payments. You can ask to access or delete your data by emailing kaiknyby@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy.
Is this an official Pokémon product?
No. PokePack Tracker is an independent fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or any retailer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Do you buy products for me or run checkout bots?
No. We never auto-checkout or run purchasing bots. We just tell you where and when, with a link — you buy directly from the retailer.
